For the past 25 years I've worked hard as an A.I.M. activist and fund raiser for various projects on the Pine Ridge Reservation of South Dakota. I have built up a good reputation with several highly respected elders. I have taught about reservation life and the problems that exsist within Lakota Nation to schools, colleges and community groups, as asked to do by Oglala spokesmen, Cetan Wakinyan and Eli Tail Senior, to promote awareness and bring in support for Lakota Nation. I'm part family of Tate/Nakiwizipi Ti Ospaye. Survival expert and friend, Ray Mears, who taught me alot about bush craft, gave me one of his own high quality bush knifes as a gift for my work for Lakota youth a few years ago. I am a trained counsellor for the terminally ill at a local hospital, and have also worked as a Child Care Officer for abused children, and Community Support Worker for people with learning disabilities and mental illness. Previous to this employment I was a park ranger but worked in health care in my spare time. I also raise funds for the leper community of Mutemwa, near Zimbabwe, under the John Bradburn Society in Africa. I have done alot of voluntary community work for the elderly and also wayward youths and I have a letter of recommendation from the local police force for this work. I am a member of Amnesty International, the Defenders of Wildlife and of The Pagan Federation. I moved out of the U.S.A. many years ago and now live in the U.K. Family, nature and music are my life. True friends are hard to come by and should be treasured. I try my best to enjoy life, making the most of every moment, and finishing the day by watching the sun set on the beach.
